Keyword – Any word or phrase relating to a business that will likely be “Googled” by a potential customer of that business.
Call To Action – Any words or images on a website prompting a viewer to take an action. E.g. “Click Here to Order Online”
Traffic – The amount of individual people viewing your website. Can be measured on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Blog – A website, or a page within a website, dedicated to publishing articles. They mainly contain written content but often can have photos as well as videos.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Everything related to how a website will appear or “rank” on Googles search results. Organically, meaning without paying Google.
Social Media - the collective of online communications channels dedicated to community-based input, interaction, content-sharing and collaboration. E.g. Facebook, Twitter, Youtube.
PPC Advertising – Pay Per Click Advertising. I.e. Google Adwords.
Email Marketing Campaign- The creation and management of an email database, as well as the creation and management of the email content being sent to customers and prospects.
URL- The “address” of a website. All websites need a URL
